Your minds overall approach and outlook to everything that you do in your sport and in life.

THOUGHT PROCESS

Training your thought patterns to form a positive and optimistic outlook that align and determine your overall mindset. Your thought process is what you will call upon to be able to handle challenges that arise during competition and which course of action to take in order to be successful.

All performance based practices require the above training of your mind. Each sport or activity then has its own specific set of mental skills to be mastered.
